As part of the business continuity pack, this article is about continuing your business if Lightspeed is unavailable.

Open Lightspeed.

Select the Catalogue menu (price tag).

Select Products.

Find 'Export list' and find the list in your download folder.

Keep the file on your computer as you do not know when you will need this. Update the list on a regular basis.
