Step 1 - Navigate to Price book section in Lightspeed
Catalog > Price books
Step 2 - Select Add Pricebook
Configuring the Price book Details
Enter the following details in the fields:
Name : Robot Promo 28/2 to 10/3
Customer Group : Select - All Customer groups
Outlets: Select - All outlets
Valid From : Enter 28 February 2025
Valid To : Enter 11 March 2025 ( This ends the price book at 12am 11th March)
End result should look like the below screenshot then select save price book
Configuring the Products for the price book
In the products section search for the Robot product name/SKU's for the promotion. Enter the RRP INC GST price in the Pricebook. Promo price will be added in the next document when setting up the Promo.
Repeat the steps above for all the Robot products till you have a listing below. Then update the Retail price according to the RRP listed in the table above. It is important that the price is correct to calculate the rebates for the promotion.
Once the items are added and Retail price is correct click the Save Price book button.
Note
Ensure pricing is correct according to the table below in the price book. This will ensure promo pricing can be applied to the correct amount and rebates are calculated correctly. Any misconfigured pricing will result in incorrect calculation of rebates.
