This document is a guide to run reporting on Negative inventory in Van's before starting the day. 

Navigate to Reports > Inventory Reports. 

Then setup the report template then select More Filters

Under the Filters section type Service Outlet or Van name then select the Result. 

You should have a completed template that looks like the screenshot below

Then select the Search Button.

Your results should display as per the above screenshot. In the example screenshot we can observe that there are a few products in the negative value.

You will need to create a transfer from the Store location to the Van to replenish the negative stock.

You are able to export this report and assign a person to proceed with transfer report to balance van inventory.
